Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and PrepFlow ("PrepFlow", "we", "us"), the provider of the PrepFlow meal-planning service (the "Service"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a contract, or, if you are acting on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to bind it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

PrepFlow provides weekly meal plans, recipes, grocery lists and prep-day guidance. The Service is provided for general meal-planning purposes only and is not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions that affect your health, including for allergies and medical conditions.

You must not: (a) use the Service unlawfully or in violation of these Terms; (b) engage in fraud, spam, or abuse; (c) infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; (d) attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including probing, scanning, scraping, or introducing malware; or (e) resell or redistribute the Service or its content without our written consent.

PrepFlow and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including software, recipes, imagery, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan.

You retain ownership of content you submit (for example, preferences, saved plans and notes). You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

We work to keep the Service available and useful, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Paid plans (PrepFlow Plus) are offered on a recurring monthly or annual basis and renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may include applicable taxes.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms.

You may cancel your PrepFlow Plus subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, credible risk of fraud or security compromise, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where practical we will give you notice and an opportunity to cure. On termination your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your account data after a reasonable retention window.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepFlow's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to PrepFlow (via Paddle) in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to indemnify and hold PrepFlow harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be brought before the courts sitting in Toronto, Ontario, subject to any non-waivable rights you have in your place of residence.
